  • Up to 8,000 patients - £60 + VAT (£72.00)
  • 8,001-20,000 patients - £99 + VAT (£118.80)
  • 20,001+ patients - £150 + VAT (£180.00)

There will also be a £25+VAT admin fee, for setting up your membership. This is a one of charge at the time of sign-up.
