Emis have released QOF version 48 1.4 so some of the previous QOF indicator medication issues have been fixed such as AF008.
However, the bad news is we are currently investigating why many practices are now reporting 0% achievement for DM006, HF003 & HF006.
We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
