Help improve the NHS App and NHS website

To understand how the NHS App and NHS website (NHS.uk) can better meet the needs of GP practices, NHS Digital would like to know if and how practices are using them with patients and what is and isn’t working well. This will help find opportunities for future improvements.

They want to hear from GP practice staff who do, and don’t, use the NHS App and NHS website. To participate, please complete this 10-15 minute survey before 23 February -

Help improve the NHS e- Referral Service

NHS Digital would like to hear from primary care staff who are involved in referral processes and ongoing management of referrals initiated by someone outside their own practice (for example, a pharmacist or optometrist). This will help improve the design and function of the NHS e-Referral Service -
