This year, COPD008 was replaced by COPD014 - the wording was updated from record of an offer of referral to pulmonary rehab programmeto record of referral to pulmonary rehab programme.
The only code included in the PULRHOFF cluster is - Referral to pulmonary rehabilitation. The following PCA pathways apply:
- Previously completed/attended pulmonary rehab (and coded)
- Unsuitable for pulmonary rehab
- Pulmonary rehab unavailable
- COPD Informed Dissent if the patient doesn't want to be referred (patient would still achieve in other indicators if criteria met)
