Medicines requiring fridge storage

These include insulins, antibiotic liquids, injections, eye drops and some creams. These medicines must be stored between 2ºC and 8ºC. Guidance is available on the CQC website including a link to all medicines which require fridge storage as well as a protocol for recording fridge temperature. This is the evidence CQC are looking for when they carry out their inspections.
