Communicating services to the general public

During busy times, it can be difficult for practices to communicate with their patients about the services they are delivering and how patients access them. NHS England have updated their toolkit which gives you key messages and draft text for you to share with your patients -

Supporting General Practice in 2021/22

Contractual changes have not been confirmed at this time. Limited changes to QOF 21/22 with the exception of a new vaccination and immunisation domain to replace the current DES/IoS payments. The reported PCN specifications will not be introduced in April 2021 and there will be no new QI modules. There are further plans to strengthen the ARRS models and IIF will incentivise improvements in access. Fore more information -
