Workplace training is vital for the development of your business and staff. It allows you to focus entirely on the needs of your organisation. All of Insight's training consultants have vast experience of primary care; in order to offer the flexibility in our training days means that we have to understand your business; to include past, current & future initiatives. This includes clinical system training - Insight can provide system experts for Emis LV, Emis PCS, InPS Vision, iSoft Synergy, iSoft Premiere, & TPP SystmOne. As well as being clinical system experts, our consultants can advise on any other IT related topics.
We are often asked to provide programmes for on-site training but quite simply, we don't have any - it's your time to decide how you want to use it. We can certainly advise & guide you to ensure you get maximum benefit but we are completely flexible in terms of content. It may well be that you want all your staff to receive some training time throughout the day, you can break the day into small bite-size chunks of training, however, you may want to concentrate on one topic in the morning with specific members of staff and a different topic in the afternoon with other members of staff - either way is fine with us.
Many practices understand how important it is to train & develop staff to maintain morale & confidence - confident & efficient staff are key to your business. In order to do this, many practices are now working with us to deliver regular training days, for example, one day per quarter. As an alternative to employing IT/Data Manager's, many practices now use the services of an Insight consultant one day per month to oversee the smooth running of the system and guarantee high quality data, as well as providing regular staff training updates. Not only does this mean you can benefit from substantial discounts, it does ensure that the practice benefits from a continuous training programme.
