Training
Evaluation - Secure area providing training evaluation reports to requesting
organisations. This enables the organisation to view the visits, training provided,
additional training required as well as feedback received for the service provided.
Documents
& Downloads - The download area provides not only public downloads
(available to all) but also a secure client download area that allows external
access to resources provide by Insight Solutions.
Email
Training Support - Insight solutions provides training support to our
customers using a web based call logging system. This allows customers who have
signed up for the service the ability to log and check the status of existing

Disaster
Recovery and BCP Storage - Insight Solutions provide our customers who
have signed up to our Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning Service
with a secure area to store their documents. Customers who have signed up to this
service will have been provided with a User Name and Password.
