Unless otherwise specified any bookings or purchases made through Insight Solutions including the Training Centre provided by Webex are subject to the following:.

Bookings

All bookings with Insight Solutions IT Services LTD are accepted subject to the Booking terms and conditions. Completion of the booking form (either manually or electronically) constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must not proceed with the booking.

Payment in full should be received within 7 days of your booking date or before the seminar date, whichever is sooner.

A VAT invoice and booking information will be sent to the e-mail address specified to acknowledge your booking as soon as your payment has been acknowledged. Please contact us if you have not received this within 7 to 10 days. All prices quoted include VAT. Prices are correct at time of being published, but are subject to change.

Manuals or Posters

Payment for all purchases must be made in Full before any items are sent. Items are sent using Royal Mail Standard postage unless otherwise requested and would normally be delivered within 1-7 working days. If your item(s) does not arrive within the time span please contact us on 01527 557407 and we will investigate.

Royal Mail's procedure for lost items and incorrect deliveries are that we must wait 2 weeks before registering an item as lost. In the event of an item going missing and you wish to have a replacement sent out within the 2 week time period you will be obliged to pay for the item again, once the item has been officially declared as lost via Royal Mail we will refund you for the lost item.
