Medicines management and prescribing can provide important and vital information not only for patient care and QoF, do you have the necessary knowledge and know how of how to ensure medication reviews are conducted in a timely manner or repeat medication expired if not had by the patient for e.g. after 12 months. Then we could come and provide training on medicine management and dealing with repeat requests and how to expire the medicines so that a complete and accurate record is kept up to date

Chaperones

As a clinician you may have been asked to step in and act as a chaperone for another colleague, do you have the appropriate knowledge of what makes a good chaperone and the legal standings of being there. Then our workshop will provide the necessary background knowledge to afford you the confidence of being a competent chaperone and when to report any malpractice if it should ever take place.
