BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS


We want you get the best out of your experience with Insight Solutions IT Services LTD and in order to achieve this the following terms and conditions apply. These terms and conditions apply to any booking made through this online booking system.

1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

All bookings with Insight Solutions IT Services LTD are accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. Completion of the booking form (either manually or electronically) constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must not proceed with the booking.

2. BOOKINGS

Payment in full should be received within 7 days of your booking date or before the seminar date, whichever is sooner.

A VAT invoice and booking information will be sent to the e-mail address specified to acknowledge your booking as soon as your payment has been acknowledged. Please contact us if you have not received this within 7 to 10 days. All prices quoted include VAT. Prices are correct at time of being published, but are subject to change.

3 CANCELLATION

Insight Solutions IT Services LTD applies the following cancellation policy to all bookings:

3.1 If you are unable to attend we will be happy to change the name of the person attending at no charge to yourself. If you are unable to find a replacement then:

3.11 A full refund can be arranged if notification in writing or personal call more than 10 working days prior to the start of the workshop or Seminar

3.12 If notification is received within 10 working days prior to the start of the workshop or seminar then no refund will be made.

3.2 Workshop or Seminar Dates may vary subject to demand. We run workshops or seminars based upon the availability of a venue and the number of people attending.

3.21 A workshop or seminar may be cancelled if too few bookings are received, in which case we will notify you approximately 10 days before the seminar to offer an alternative date, or if you prefer, refund your booking fee.

3.22 In no circumstances will the company be liable for any amount in excess of the agreed fee for the booking. In particular the company will not be responsible for contingent travel, accommodation or other expenses arising from cancellation.

3.23 Insight Solutions IT Services LTD shall not be liable or be deemed in breach of contract by reason of any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to the booking if this was due to any cause beyond the company's reasonable control
